SHIPPING POLICY

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, carefully packed and sent with Australia Post:

Within Queensland: $12 flat rate
Interstate (the rest of Australia): $16 flat rate
Free local pickup available from Thornlands, QLD — please get in touch to arrange!
Pack your own order if you are an airbnb guest at the West End location

All orders are posted with tracking, and we aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Each parcel is packed with care, often using reused or recycled materials where possible — better for the earth, better for all of us.

If you have any special delivery needs or questions, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with the quality of your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order — we’re more than happy to discuss a refund or replacement.
